Primarily, we gather personal data such as names, birth dates, addresses, e-mail addresses, telephone numbers, passports/IDs, and national identification numbers. This data helps us deliver our Eligibility Service, Information Service, and Justice as a Service according to the Agreement, which forms the crux of our business operations.

Additionally, we gather personal data for statistical, administrative, and communication purposes, as well as for IT and security management, physical security, systems for authentication and authorization, support systems, and internal project and team collaboration.

We acquire flight data from third parties, which include details on delayed or cancelled flights within a specified timeframe etc. This non-personal data is combined with personal data, and this Eligibility Service is solely used to inform about the possibility of having an eligible Claim. Our Justice as a Service will be provided for eligible Claims upon request.

Personal Data Utilization

We use personal data for the purpose it is collected and retain it no longer than necessary for that purpose. We may hold your data as long as your account is active or as required to offer services, fulfill legal obligations or for any of the mentioned purposes. Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized airfairness personnel and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates with a valid business need for the data, under a corporate binding agreement with airfairness.
